PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and photography, slight variations in color may occur.

As each piece is handmade, minor variations in finishing or measurements may occur and are considered part of the product's unique craftsmanship.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

N&N reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, or other operational reasons.

ORDER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers may inspect their order before accepting delivery.

If the order is refused upon inspection for any reason, the customer is responsible only for the delivery fee charged by the third-party shipping company.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, it is considered approved by the customer and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

SHIPPING

Delivery is provided by an independent third-party courier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to circumstances beyond N&N's control.
