By accessing or using the N&N website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Due to differences in device displays, lighting conditions, and photography, slight variations in color may occur.

As each piece is handmade, minor variations in craftsmanship, finishing, or dimensions may occur and are considered part of the product's unique character and are not defects.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, N&N reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or order confirmation, depending on the selected payment method.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

N&N reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, or other operational reasons.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses to cooperate with the courier, or provides inaccurate or incomplete delivery information, N&N reserves the right to cancel the order.

ORDER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers may inspect their order before accepting delivery, and products must not be damaged during inspection, and in case of damaging the product while inspection the customer is responsible for paying for the total price of the damaged product.

Orders cannot be partially received. Customers must either accept or refuse the entire order.

If the order is refused upon inspection for any reason, the customer is responsible only for the delivery fee charged by the independent third-party shipping company.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, ownership, responsibility, and risk of loss pass to the customer. The order is considered approved and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

SHIPPING

Delivery is provided by an independent third-party courier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond N&N's reasonable control.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

While we strive to keep the website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. N&N may suspend or modify the website at any time for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including product images, photographs, logos, graphics, branding, text, designs, illustrations, and other materials, is the exclusive property of N&N and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Egyptian law, N&N shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of its products.

FORCE MAJEURE

N&N shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, strikes, epidemics, internet outages, payment service interruptions, or courier service disruptions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

N&N reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable mandatory laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

الدفع

يتم سداد قيمة الطلب باستخدام وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام عملية الشراء.

ويتم تجهيز الطلبات بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع أو تأكيد الطلب، وذلك وفقًا لوسيلة الدفع التي يختارها العميل

الطلبات

.تخضع جميع الطلبات لقبولها من قبل ولتوافر المنتجات

ونحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أو تقييد أي طلب في حال وجود أخطاء في التسعير، أو نفاد المخزون، أو الاشتباه في وجود احتيال، أو إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة، أو لأي أسباب تشغيلية أخرى

وفي حال تعذر إتمام عملية التسليم بسبب عدم تواجد العميل، أو تعذر التواصل معه، أو عدم تعاونه مع شركة الشحن، أو إدخال بيانات توصيل غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة، نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلب

معاينة الطلب وقبوله

يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج قبل استلامه ولا يجوز إتلافه أثناء المعاينة وفي حالة التلف يعتبر العميل مسؤولا عن قيمة المنتج

لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي. ويجب على العميل إما استلام الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل

وفي حال رفض الطلب بعد المعاينة لأي سبب، يلتزم العميل فقط بسداد رسوم الشحن التي تفرضها شركة الشحن المستقلة (الطرف الثالث)

وبمجرد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن، تنتقل ملكية المنتجات ومسؤوليتها ومخاطرها إلى العميل، ويُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا ونهائيًا، ولا يكون مؤهلًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد قيمته

الشحن

يتم توصيل الطلبات من خلال شركة شحن مستقلة (طرف ثالث)

ومدد التوصيل المعلنة هي تقديرات تقريبية تُقدم لراحة العملاء فقط، ولا تُعد مواعيد مضمونة. وقد تتأثر مدة التوصيل بالعطلات الرسمية، أو الأحوال الجوية، أو اضطرابات النقل، أو القرارات الحكومية، أو ظروف شركات الشحن، أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن إرادة

إتاحة الموقع

نسعى إلى إتاحة الموقع واستمرارية عمله قدر الإمكان، إلا أننا لا نضمن عمله بصورة متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو آمنة بشكل دائم
