ORDER PROCESSING

Each N&N piece is carefully handmade and prepared after your order is confirmed.

Estimated processing and delivery time is 7–10 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted third-party shipping companies.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

ORDER INSPECTION

Customers may inspect their order before accepting delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may refuse to accept the order.

If you choose to refuse the order for any reason, you are responsible only for the delivery fee charged by the third-party shipping company.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, it is considered approved by the customer and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete.

N&N is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If a second delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before shipment.

N&N reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

سياسة الشحن

مرحبًا بكم. نلتزم بتوصيل منتجاتنا المصنوعة يدويًا بعناية إلى جميع أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية بأمان وكفاءة، مع الحرص على تقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة لعملائنا.

تجهيز الطلبات

يتم تصنيع وتجهيز كل قطعة بعناية بعد تأكيد الطلب.

تستغرق مدة تجهيز وتسليم الطلبات عادةً من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

أما الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية، فيبدأ تجهيزها في أول يوم عمل يليها.

وخلال مواسم العروض أو الأعياد أو فترات زيادة الطلب، قد تستغرق عملية التوصيل وقتًا إضافيًا عن المدة المعتادة.

الشحن والتوصيل

نوفر خدمة الشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية من خلال شركات شحن مستقلة وموثوقة.

وتُعد مواعيد التسليم تقديرية، وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل الأحوال الجوية، أو العطلات الرسمية، أو التأخير من قبل شركة الشحن، أو أي ظروف تشغيلية أخرى.

رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن وإظهارها للعميل بوضوح أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء وقبل تأكيد الطلب.

وفي حال توفر عروض شحن مجاني، سيتم الإعلان عنها بوضوح عبر الموقع الإلكتروني.

معاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام

يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب قبل استلامه للتأكد من مطابقته وسلامته.

وفي حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير مطابق للطلب، يحق للعميل رفض استلامه في حضور مندوب شركة الشحن.

أما إذا قرر العميل رفض استلام الطلب لأي سبب بعد المعاينة، فإنه يلتزم فقط بسداد رسوم الشحن المستحقة لشركة الشحن (الطرف الثالث)، ولا يحتفظ المتجر بأي جزء من هذه الرسوم.

وبمجرد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن، يُعد ذلك إقرارًا من العميل بمطابقة المنتج وموافقته على استلامه، ولا يكون الطلب بعد ذلك مؤهلًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد قيمته.
