ORDER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers may inspect their order before accepting delivery, and products must not be damaged during inspection, and in case of damaging the product while inspection the customer is responsible for paying for the total price of the damaged product.

Orders cannot be partially received. Customers must either accept or refuse the entire order.

If the order is refused upon inspection for any reason, the customer is responsible only for the delivery fee charged by the independent third-party shipping company.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, ownership, responsibility, and risk of loss pass to the customer. The order is considered approved and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

N&N currently ships throughout Egypt.

PROCESSING TIME

Our premium handmade pieces are carefully prepared and delivered within 3–5 business days.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by an independent third-party shipping company.

If an order is refused upon delivery for any reason, the customer is responsible only for the applicable delivery fee charged by the shipping company.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier-related delays.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. N&N is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices may change without prior notice.

ORDERS

N&N reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Customers have the right to inspect their order before accepting delivery.

If the customer refuses the order upon inspection for any reason, only the delivery fee charged by the third-party shipping company is payable.

Once an order has been accepted from the courier, the sale is considered final, and the order is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

نسعى إلى توفير تجربة تسوق موثوقة وآمنة، ونحرص على منح عملائنا الفرصة للتأكد من مطابقة الطلب قبل استلامه

معاينة الطلب وقبوله

يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج قبل استلامه ولا يجوز إتلافه أثناء المعاينة وفي حالة التلف يعتبر العميل مسؤولا عن قيمة المنتج

لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي. ويجب على العميل إما استلام الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل

وفي حال رفض الطلب بعد المعاينة لأي سبب، يلتزم العميل فقط بسداد رسوم الشحن التي تفرضها شركة الشحن المستقلة (الطرف الثالث)

وبمجرد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن، تنتقل ملكية المنتجات ومسؤوليتها ومخاطرها إلى العميل، ويُعتبر الطلب مقبولًا ونهائيًا، ولا يكون مؤهلًا للإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد قيمته

سياسة الشحن

نقدم خدمات الشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

مدة تجهيز الطلبات

نظرًا لأن جميع منتجاتنا تُصنع يدويًا بعناية، يتم تجهيز وتسليم الطلبات خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

التوصيل

يتم توصيل الطلبات من خلال شركات شحن مستقلة (طرف ثالث).

وفي حال رفض العميل استلام الطلب عند وصوله لأي سبب، فإنه يلتزم فقط بسداد رسوم الشحن التي تحددها شركة الشحن.

تأخير الشحن

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل خلال العطلات الرسمية أو فترات العروض أو نتيجة ظروف تشغيلية خاصة بشركات الشحن، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقاء العملاء على اطلاع بأي تأخير.

مسؤولية بيانات الشحن

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح وكامل، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو تعذر في التسليم ناتج عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

شروط وأحكام الاستخدام

يُعد استخدامكم للموقع أو إجراء أي عملية شراء من خلاله موافقةً على الالتزام بشروط وأحكام الاستخدام الواردة أدناه.

معلومات المنتجات

نسعى إلى عرض منتجاتنا بأعلى درجة ممكنة من الدقة، إلا أن الألوان الفعلية قد تختلف بشكل طفيف تبعًا لإعدادات شاشة الجهاز المستخدم.

الأسعار

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP)، ونحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

الطلبات

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات مثل وجود خطأ في التسعير، أو نفاد المخزون، أو الاشتباه في وجود احتيال، أو لأي أسباب تشغيلية أخرى.

قبول الطلب

يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب قبل استلامه.

وفي حال رفض استلام الطلب بعد المعاينة لأي سبب، يلتزم العميل فقط بسداد رسوم الشحن المستحقة لشركة الشحن (الطرف الثالث).

أما بعد استلام الطلب من مندوب الشحن، فيُعد البيع نهائيًا، ولا يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع أو استبدال أو استرداد قيمة الطلب.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات الموجودة على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك الصور، والشعارات، والتصاميم، والعلامات التجارية، والنصوص، هي ملكية حصرية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها أو نشرها بأي شكل دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
